AI for Executives is a three-course, non-technical program that equips managers to lead AI adoption across the business. You’ll master core concepts and data strategy (Course 1), move to decision-making and integration—NLP, predictive analytics, reinforcement learning, and genetic algorithms (Course 2)—and then apply AI to CRM for personalization, chatbots/LLMs, churn and CLV, and voice/sentiment analytics (Course 3). Throughout, you’ll build a responsible governance mindset and a practical roadmap that delivers measurable value.
Applied Learning Project
Hands-on work uses spreadsheets and Jupyter notebooks to map business decisions to models, design ML pipelines, and evaluate non-functional properties. You’ll also build CRM use cases—such as multilingual sentiment/voice analytics and recommender prototypes—to apply techniques directly to customer experience and growth.
