very interesting way to explain AI, it allows people that rarely use AI to understand more about what AI can do and accept AI. They may start using AI more and help make their lives easier.

This course provided a clear and practical introduction to how generative AI tools can be applied in real-world tasks. I appreciated the hands-on activities, which allowed me to explore different AI tools, create content, and evaluate their outputs through prompting techniques. The self-assessments helped reinforce my understanding, especially around key topics like prompting strategies, AI limitations, responsible use, and integrating AI into workflows. I now feel more confident using AI for brainstorming, drafting, and automating repetitive tasks. Overall, this course gave me a strong foundation to continue developing my AI skills in both professional and personal settings.

The course itself was very good, but I had issues with the Thai translation. Coursera’s Thai translation was very poor and often incomprehensible, especially with technical terms. It was so confusing that I had to switch to English and take screenshots to ask GPT to translate for me. This significantly reduced the learning experience. I hope it will be improved in the future.
