El curso de Liderazgo de equipos ágiles me pareció muy valioso, ya que me brindó herramientas prácticas para fomentar la colaboración, mejorar la comunicación y guiar a mi equipo hacia un desempeño más autónomo y efectivo.

It was nice, but a little bit short for such an interesting topic as agile team management. It would be nice if there was more detailed, with more practice & quizzes course.

The core ideas of this course are already well explained in the Agile framework itself, anyway it's always good refreshing the memory with some additional detail and example on this topic.

Not enough focus on the key role leaders play, especially in small teams, where everyone reports to the leader.
